ACTA is one of the ACCD’s new mechanisms that is initiated in partnership with AGFUND in order to implement and disseminate ACCD’s Model of “Education for Hope”. It comes in response to the growing need to sustainably develop the capabilities of socialization actors in Arab countries, in a context governed by the interaction of human knowledge, technical and communication revolutions.
